Situated in the second floor of a detached house and at only 9 min walking distance to Wagner Festival Hall - a magnet for thousands from all around the world, our place is one of its kind in Bayreuth. A 18 min walk in south direction brings you in front of the The Margravial Opera House in the heart of the city, which is another part of the Margravine Wilhelmine's legacy to the town. The UNESCO world heritage and a Baroque gem shines in a new splendour since April 2018. A big supermarket and a bakery are only at 3 min walking distance. The central train station is only 700 m away and a bus station is in front of the house.
