The spacious garden is big enough for a family soccer game or an epic game of hide and seek. Hiking trails begin at our front door. The kiddy ski lift is two minutes (even with kids in ski boots). Snap on your Nordic skis and ski down to the Loipe. For Alpine lovers, jump on the bus at the bottom of our hill and reach the Winklmoos lift in 6 minutes.
