Quiet location, beautiful views, good food, and spacious inside. The house was built in the 1980s as part of a resort. Now the houses are individually owned. The house has a view of the lake which has a jogging track, beach, and water ski opportunities. The hotel at the center of the resort offers a restaurant. The surrounding countryside is hilly and friendly with many pretty villages. Ideal if you like hilly cycling.

We are a family of 6 people. We bought this house mainly for investment, to rent out. We own other properties in Austria and the Netherlands.

I like to swim in the lake and town pool, waterski, go for walks in the forests, go to the lovely town of Alsfeld, or just look at the views from the garden. In winter I relax by the fireplace, go ski on the local hill or go shopping in Kassel.
