Michael Dec 17 - Dec 20 · Penthaouse with 100 m2 in first area in Troisdorf Public feedback Excellent stay. The apartment was spacious and very clean/modern. It was quiet. I really liked the location - i could walk into Troisdorf restaurants and shopping in a few minutes and the parking was very convenient at the apartment. Siavash was helpful.

The  only penthouse in the best  area in troisdorf our neighbor one side the only park in troisdorf and the other side the bird park and both sides forests  and you would have a top view in the area. That is why make the view especially at night interesting and in day time because of the height of the penthouse and many windows very bright and in sunny days  full of sun.Covid -19 precautions; Because of the Covid -19 we have extra safety regulations  for our guests and this precautions is . that 72 hours after each  checkout of each guest, the place would be closed.  We have also provided for you a special place for your shoes and spray of alcohol inside in  the entrance and the whole stairs till the penthouse are cleaned with alcohol as well.Hope you enjoy staying in our posh penthouse.

The only museums in troisdrf is about 400 meter from our place and the biggest chines restaurant is about 500 meter , the swimming pool in area is 1500 meter the city center 500 meter the airport 18 minutes by car or train the main railway station 10 minutes walking. fitness is about 6 minutes walking.
