The detached 6-person house with three bedrooms is located in the green heart of Germany in Kirchheim, in the state Hessen. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the holiday park "Seepark Kirchheim" with a view over the Ibrastausee. In 2018 the interior of the house has largely been renewed. In the area you will find a landscape with mountains and forests and many places with old half-timbered houses. The holiday home overlooks a lake. The house is in 2018 refurbished and divided and arranged as follows: hall, living room with two sofas, a fireplace, TV and a spacious dining area with a sofa on one side and three chairs on the other side. The living room has a TV (no Dutch channels to receive). From the living room you reach the mezzanine via a staircase with five steps. On the mezzanine floor there is a double bedroom, a toilet, a shower room with toilet and sink and a kitchen. The kitchen has a 4-person dining area with a view to the lower living room. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with balcony

With my family I have enjoyed many years of short and longer stays in our cozy family home. Time to share and let others enjoy our beautiful place. Every season has its charm here. In the spring and summer it is nice to stay at the lake where our house looks out. In autumn you can enjoy the beautiful autumn colors in the woods around the park. In winter it is fairytale when the area is covered with snow. This house is a place for our family to really relax. Time to talk, to walk, to sit in the garden and to make a fire in the fireplace in the evening. You can cook in our house on the two hotplates, barbecue outside when the weather permits or eat out. There is also free wifi in our house. A few minutes walk you can go to the restaurant at the lake. In the town of Bad Hersfeld you can go to many restaurants. I hope you like to visit our house. We have a manager in Kirchheim who takes care of our house. He will hand over the key to you at house 38.

The state Hessen where the house is located has a rich historical past. Hessen is also called the greenest state in Germany. Nearly 44% of the total surface area consists of areas designated as nature parks (this is one million hectares - or 10,000 square kilometers). Our holiday home is about 4 km from Kirchheim. In this place you will find supermarkets (Rewe/Aldi), several gas stations, outlet shops, Mc Donalds and Burger King and a casino. A short walk from our house you can eat and a drink in "bar / restaurant Hotel Seeblick". The holiday home overlooks the Ibrastausee. In this lake can also be swum and there is a small beach laid out. A few minutes walk from the house you can visit "waterski and wakeboard paradise Kirchheim / Hessen". There is a swimming pool in Kirchheim (approx. 5 km). In Bad Hersfeld (about 12 km) you can enjoy shopping and there are many places to eat in this town. Lovers of the golf sport can also visit the area. In the winter months there are three ski areas Eisenberg (15 min.), Wasserkuppe (45 min.) and Vogelsberg (50 min.). In the summer season, these areas focus on summer activities.
