The apartment is located in the Wilmersdorf-Charlottenburg district of Berlin. It is located in the 1st floor of the front building built in 1910 (art deco). An elevator to our floor is available. The apartment is very calm and bright with a double bed, a kitchen and dining / working area and a fully equipped design bath room including a hair dryer. You will find many premium materials such as marble, wooden teak and oak floors, onyx stone, Canadian walnut veneer and brass. For your convenience and comfort, the apartment offers professional stereo HIFI equipment for internet streaming and CDs, a separate IPad for internet browsing and music streaming (Sonos), a wine-cooler and a washer-dryer (Siemens IQ). The signature kitchen is fully equipped including tableware, an induction cooking field, a Nespresso coffee machine and a tea maker.

You will find numerous picturesque squares and locations, such as Olivaer Platz, Ludwig Kirch Platz, Hochmeisterplatz or Preussen Park with its famous beer-garden nearby. The apartment is centrally located and within 3 minute walk from two metro stations and 7 minutes walk from S-Bahn station Charlottenburg offering direct fast train connections to airport Schönefeld. A bus station in 5 minutes walk offers direct bus lines (100E) to airport Tegel. Ku´Damm avenue is in close vicinity offering many bus lines to various central locations in Berlin. If you would like to experience the green and posh areas of Grunewald or Dahlem, you may hop on direct bus lines from Ku´Damm as well.
