Vorteile: The staff was nice and helpful

Nachteile: You are in the red light district, with junkies getting their shots in front of you. It is safe though. As the homeless were peeing right against the wall, it smelled like pee every time you entered. The rooms are very small. There is less than a meter between the bed and kitchen. The internet is horrible. I had to put my laptop in the hall to make it work. I told them when I arrived. They answered that they were aware of this issue. I stayed a full month, nothing changed. There were black dots on the wall of my bathroom.

Vorteile: The apartments are very decent, clean, and they provide what they advertise. Good value for money. The host we met, Andreas, is extraordinarily kind and helpful, living up to the values of the company and the beautiful motto they have: "Living with friends". He will always have a cup of tea or coffee to share if you pay him a visit at the office.

Nachteile: Some people might not be comfortable with the area in which the apartments are located - close to the main train station. This is actually common to all major cities in Europe but in no way you feel unsafe. On the contrary, one might exercise kindness and provide the troubled people around with some food or any other form of support.

Nachteile: 7. katta kaldım ama asansör 6. kata kadar çıkıyordu. Valizlerle 1 katı yürüyerek çıkıp inmek hoş olmadı.

Vorteile: The apartment was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very good when we had a problem. They got things sorted out very quickly. It was very handy having the kitchenette. There are good supermarkets and food shops nearby. There is excellent security for the building.

Nachteile: The location of the apartments is in a very dodgy street (close to clinics that serve a large number of homeless people, who are noisy 24/7!). Make sure you ask for an internal courtyard room. The rooms overlooking Elbe Straße are very noisy. We were also disappointed that our apartment was cleaned only once during our 14 night stay (after 7 nights). Apart from fresh towels, there were no spare toilet rolls or garbage bags provided and due to the Christmas holidays, no staff available to provide them. We did not expect to have to buy our own toilet paper!

Vorteile: Zentral, neu, realtiv grosses Apartment, Spühlmaschine, nettes Personal. Wöchentliche Reinigung (etwa) auch wenn nicht im Vertrag

Nachteile: Keine Klimanlage und zu laut die ganze Nacht draussen, wahrscheinlich besonders im Sommer, so dass man Fenster schliessen muss. Ziemlich unangenehme unmittelbare Umgebung, Strasse. Aber Security/Brera machen was sie können damit man sich dennoch relativ wohl fühlt. Relativ abgenutzt schon, besonders bad. Auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber nicht wenn man etwas genauer guckt, unter (hochklappbares) Bett usw

Vorteile: The location is convenient to most public transport connections and restaurants

Nachteile: The first 200M from the hotel is filled with some very dodgy people as well as many homeless. Having said that I never felt threatened and there is a considerable police presence.

Nachteile: Una pesadilla la burocracia para registrar y entrar, quien no lo ve no lo cree.

Vorteile: Καθαριότητα και παροχές δωματίου.πληρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.δωρεαν προϊόντα για καλωσόρισμα. Οι οικοδεσπότες κάτι παραπάνω από εξυπηρετικοί.μας βοήθησαν ιδιαιτέρως.πολυ μεγάλο συν ο σεκιούριτι και ως αίσθημα ασφάλειας αλλά και ως άνθρωπος.πολυ ευχάριστος.

Nachteile: Δεν μας άρεσε μόνο ο κόσμος έξω από το κτήριο,κάτι για το οποίο δεν ευθύνεται διόλου η επιχείρηση. Βέβαια δεν νιώσαμε ποτέ απειλή αλλά ήταν κάτι που σκεφτόσουν κάθε φορά που έβγαινες από την εξώπορτα.αν ακολουθήσετε όμως τις συμβουλές του οικοδεσπότη,δεν θα έχετε κανένα πρόβλημα.
